Great North Devon Knit In

The Great North Devon Knit In is now in its 13th year and continues to be hugely popular with people across the area. The fun of getting together with friends or family and clicking needles for this good cause motivated hundreds to get involved last year, and this year we are hoping for even more.

On or around February 23rd, we are asking people to get together and knit as much as they can in this wonderful sponsored event, which last year raised over £16,000. With your help, we are aiming to top the £20,000 mark for the first time.

As well as being sponsored to knit for the hospice, the strips that are knitted will be put to very good use. They will be sewn together into blankets (either by yourselves if you are able or by our volunteers) and donated to other charities such as Dog's Trust, Age Concern and the David Rundle Rwanda Trust.
