The Great Devon Dangle

Congratulations to all who took part in the 2011 Great Devon Dangle! Here are some photos from an awesome weekend.

You guys experienced the amazing thrill of dangling over Berry Head cliffs and the sense of achievement abseiling down to the beach.

This year we returned to Hartland, arguably one of the most beautiful spots in North Devon with its spectacular views and bracing air. We were delighted that the team from Skern Lodge once again brought their experience, expertise, and good humour to the cliffs, making this a thrilling and safe experience for everyone.

The funds you raise will go directly to North Devon Hospice, helping us to provide free, specialist care for families dealing with life-threatening illnesses throughout North Devon.  Our nurses cover over 1000sq miles, and visit over 100 patients every day in their own homes.  Our support is entirely free, however it costs us over £3 million each year to provide. We are therefore extremely grateful for every ounce of effort, and pound you can help us raise.  In advance, thank you.
