Sunday 19th June, 9.00am until 5.00pm at The Big Sheep

Here at North Devon Hospice we are proud of our agricultural heritage and in honour of our rural location we are very pleased to bring to you the 2nd annual UK Farm Olympics! Held at The Big Sheep, near Bideford, this fun fuelled farm fest will see teams from far and wide battle it out to win the 2011 championship title.

So, if you fancy carrying milk on your head in the milk maids race, rummaging for chocolate eggs, and bounding over giant inflatable pillows to dress your team mate as a scarecrow, just to name a few; this is your chance to take part in all of this barn yard silliness whilst raising valuable funds for a great local cause.
In teams of 4, you'll complete for the crowning title of 2011's UK Farm Olympics Champions. Registration costs just £10 per person and we are asking each person to raise sponsorship before and after the event. You'll receive some UK Farm Olympics goodies in your registration pack to aid you with your fundraising.
Check out the programme of events here (please note that these may alter slightly before the day)
All sponsorship monies from this event, plus the all-important Gift Aid, will go towards supporting families throughout North Devon who are faced with the impact of a life threatening illness. Every day we help over 100 local people; patients, their carers and their families and children. All our care and support is provided free of charge, however it costs over £3.2 million per year to provide these specialist services.
There are a limited number of spaces, so we advise you enter quickly to avoid disappointment. To enter a team of 4, please contact Rebecca in our fundraising team.
