Regular Giving with direct debit
To set up a direct debit all you need to do is print off the form, fill it out, and return it to us. By making a regular monthly donation through direct debit is an excellent way to support our work and help us to best plan for the future.

One off donations
You can make one off donations through Just Giving, and every penny helps us and we are very grateful for your support.

Helping us reclaim Gift Aid
When you return this form to us, we can then claim Gift Aid on your behalf for any donations you've made to the hospice in the last 5 years, and any donations you make to us in the future.
Gift Aid is a way of claiming up to an extra 28% on any donation you make at no extra cost to you. This is because there is no tax to pay on donations to charities. If you are a UK taxpayer, your donation to us could be eligible for Gift Aid.

Have a collection box
Small change makes a BIG difference to us. Last year alone, from donated pennies to our collection boxes we raised £15,000 which is fantastic.
We are looking for some more homes for our collection boxes at Deer Park, so if you're a shop, pub, restaurant, petrol station, sports club or any other establishment, we'd love to hear from you.
