Set up a regular donation

To set up a direct debit all you need to do is print off the form, fill it out, and return it to us. By making a regular monthly donation through direct debit is an excellent way to support our work and help us to best plan for the future.

Make a one-off donation

You can make one off donations through Just Giving, and every penny helps us and we are very grateful for your support.

Text our unique code NDHZ01 and the amount you'd like to donate to 70070; and every penny of your donation comes to us.

Gift Aid your monetary donations and donations to our shops

When you return this form to us, we can then claim Gift Aid on your behalf for any donations you've made to the hospice in the last 4 years and any donations you make to us in the future.

Gift Aid is a way of claiming up to an extra 25% on any donation you make at no extra cost to you.  This is because there is no tax to pay on donations to charities. If you are a UK taxpayer, your donation to us could be eligible for Gift Aid.
