Continuing care through adverse weather
Hospice service update, Monday 19th March:
The Bedded Unit is running as normal. The Community Nurse Specialist team and the Hospice to Home team are also in full operation, with nurses and skilled carers based throughout North Devon reaching patients as planned (although sometimes a little later than scheduled if it is taking longer to reach certain locations).
One-to-one counselling sessions are also running today (provided journeys are safe to make), and our Facilities Volunteer Open Day is still going ahead today as planned.
