Board of Trustee Volunteer

North Devon Hospice are looking for a new trustee to join our committed and dynamic Board.  We are particularly keen to recruit members of the local community who have experience in retail management, fundraising or Ecommerce and a willingness to guide us into the future.  Ideal candidates will be passionate about the care we offer.  We are a local charity providing specialist care and support to people who are affected by a life-limited illness and our patients and their families are at the heart of everything we do.

This role will give you the opportunity to develop your leadership and negotiation skills and influence decision-making within the hospice whilst contributing to the work of this essential local charity and making a positive difference to the local community.  Previous trustee experience is not a requirement since mentoring and support will be provided.  Reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.

Like any organisation, it's the people who make a difference, so why not join us and make a difference to our patients and their families.

As we continue to work towards a more diverse Board of Trustees, we welcome applications from all sectors of the community.  If you are looking to join a team to lead one of North Devon's essential charities, we look forward to hearing from you.
