The Hospice to Home service is a 24/7 service and as such working days are flexible. Hours of work are 8.00am – 6.00pm
North Devon Hospice is committed to delivering services to people closer to their homes. Our Hospice to Home team covers the whole of the North Devon area and provides round the clock care and support, to patients and their family at the end of their life, in the privacy of their own home. Not all of our patients have cancer; we also support patients with all other life-limiting illnesses.
We are looking for qualified and experienced Community Nurse to join our Hospice to Home team. The role will involve supporting patients and their families, during end of life care, in the patients’ own home.
Applicants will need:
- To be a Registered Nurse with significant Band 5 post registration experience including up-to -date end of life nursing experience in a community setting
- To have experience of caseload management
This post is based out in the community therefore applicants must be able to travel across the North Devon area.
