Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Specialist

We want to provide outstanding care and support to everyone in North Devon who is impacted by a life limiting illness and together we can make this happen.  Everyone is a story and the ending matters.

We are looking for dynamic, highly motivated, forward thinking first level registered nurses to join our team of Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Specialists. You will support patients and their families predominantly in the community.  You will need to have substantial post registration experience and experience in delivering palliative care.  An ability to prescribe is desirable for the role, although full training will be provided if you are not already prescribing. You will be able to demonstrate experience of caseload management in a community setting together with a willingness to undertake further training.  You will need to be able to practice independently and demonstrate a knowledge and application of best practice in palliative care.
