We are looking for volunteers who are passionate about pre-loved fashion and would enjoy researching and listing our donated items for sale online. A keen sense of current trends would be beneficial. We will give you all the tools and training required to help you get the best out of the online resources to ensure we maximise value for the hospice.
Volunteering is a wonderful way to boost your self confidence, learn new skills and meet new people as well as the many documented health benefits you gain through volunteering.

Our retail volunteers provide vital support to the Retail Team, helping to raise much needed funds, which is as important now as it's ever been. We want the hospice to continue offering outstanding care & support to patients with life limited illnesses, and their ones. We can only do this by the continued support of the community through their donations and our wonderful team volunteers who help us utilise every available platform to sell those donations.
We have a variety of shifts available, depending upon your suitability and preference for the tasks to be undertaken. We can often be quite flexible with start and finish times so please contact the Volunteer Office for more details. Currently, all shifts will be between Monday – Friday and between the hours of 9am and 4pm.
You don't need any previous experience to volunteer with us, we will provide free training, all we ask is a willingness to work as part of a team, a good sense of humour and bundles of enthusiasm. Although a genuine passion for pre-loved fashion would ideal. Turn your passion into something that will make a real difference to someone in your community.
