North Devon Hospice are looking for a new trustee to join our committed and dynamic Board. We are particularly keen to recruit members of the local community who have experience in Retail Management, Fundraising or e-Commerce and a willingness to guide us into the future. Ideal candidates will be passionate about the care we offer. We are a local charity providing specialist care and support to people who are affected by a life-limiting illness and our patients and their families are at the heart of everything we do.
This role will give you the opportunity to develop your leadership and negotiation skills and influence decision-making within the hospice whilst contributing to the work of this essential local charity and making a positive difference to the local community. Previous trustee experience is not a requirement since mentoring and support will be provided. Reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.
