Are you friendly and outgoing? Do you have good communication skills? Would you like to give something back to your community?
If you answer yes to any of the above then we'd love to hear from you.
We are in urgent need of support at our Ilfracombe shop to process sales and take payments using our electronic till system. Attention to detail is essential and full training will be given prior to commencing your role and you will be provided with the necessary PPE. The many benefits include meeting new people, learning new skills or utilising existing skills, and becoming part of our fantastic retail team.
Our retail volunteers provide vital support for our shop managers, helping to raise much needed funds, which is as important now as it’s ever been, so the Hospice can continue to offer outstanding care & support to patients with life limited illnesses and their loved ones. Our retail volunteers provide an invaluable service that we couldn't be without!
You don’t need any experience to volunteer with us as we will provide free training for you to fulfil your role. Willingness to work as part of a team and reliability are key along with a good sense of humour and bundles of enthusiasm. Once agreed in advance, reasonable travel expense can be reimbursed.
Make time, make friends and make a difference.
