The Terrace Cafe at Deer Park, Barnstaple is set in beautiful grounds with stunning views of the gardens and the Devon countryside beyond. Our dedicated catering team are seeking enthusiastic, friendly people to assist with our new Sunday Carvery's.
Our Carvery will be available most Sundays and we are looking for support with setting the dining room and balcony tables, helping to keep the kitchen and dining areas clean & tidy, waiting on tables and ensuring our guests are warmly welcomed and generally assisting with the smooth running of lunch. Full training will be given prior to commencing your role and you will benefit by meeting new people, you might learn new skills or utilise existing skills. You may gain confidence or just enjoy being part of our fantastic catering team.
Our volunteers are vital to the smooth running of the hospice and making our visitors feel welcome. Everything our volunteers do directly supports the care and support we are able to offer patients and their families across North Devon. By assisting in this way you are directly helping your local community and supporting the work of North Devon Hospice.
