Our Housekeeping team are looking for someone friendly, who can work as part of a team but also independently, to assist with delivering onsite laundry services at Deer Park, Barnstaple. This is a vital service supporting our bedded unit along with our supportive care and catering teams.

Volunteering during Covid-19
At the moment the majority of our volunteering team are still on hold while we continue to navigate our way through this crisis. Naturally our priority to is ensure the continued safety of all volunteers, staff and any visitors to all of the hospice sites across North Devon. While we are still accepting applications from new members of the community wishing to join our team, there will be a delay to the normal recruitment process until such time we can invite our volunteers back, and begin to welcome new volunteers to join the team.

We rely on an army of over 500 volunteers. They are involved in every facet of what we do and we wouldn't be able to continue offering outstanding care and support to our patients and their families across North Devon without them. Every hour donated really make a difference.
