Two-thirds of UK adults do not have an up-to-date Will. This means that when someone dies, decisions are made by the government and the taxman. It also adds more stress to loved ones at an already difficult time.
Now's the time to change that. September is Make a Will Month, and we've teamed up with local solicitors Seldons and Slee Blackwell, giving you the chance to write your Will for free.

Our kind partners are offering a simple Will, written completely free of charge. Additions or more complex Wills will incur an extra cost, but this will be explained by them in advance.
When writing your Will, using this free service, there is absolutely no obligation to include a gift to North Devon Hospice. However, if you choose to do so, you'd be making an incredible difference to the lives of local people.
One-in-four people are cared for thanks to gifts in Wills. That means 25% of local people would not get the care and compassion they need, as they approach the end of life, were it not for generous people remembering the hospice in their Will.
