To provide outstanding care and support to the community of North Devon who are impacted by a life limiting illness.
Are you highly organised, people-focused, and passionate about making learning happen? We’re looking for a dynamic Clinical Education Coordinator to join our team and support our ambition to be the palliative care educator of choice.
You will be at the heart of our Quality and Education Team, providing comprehensive administrative support while helping to shape and deliver impactful learning experiences for a range of professionals.
This role is 18.75 hours per week to be worked flexibly between Monday and Friday.
The distribution of these hours is open to discussion
Salary £25,000 per year pro rata. Actual Salary £12,500 per year.

About the Role
Each day will bring new challenges. You’ll be:
• Connecting and collaborating with professionals and learners across our locality and beyond
• Coordinating our broad range of in person and online learning events
• Creating and sharing promotional materials to showcase our education programme
• Collecting and analysing education data and feedback to help us continuously improve
• Organising student placements and ensuring a smooth, supportive experience
• Producing reports and managing our online learning platform with confidence and flair
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
• Have experience using data systems and co-ordinating events
• Communicate confidently and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders
• Are organised, efficient, and proactive
• Enjoy juggling varied responsibilities while keeping everything running smoothly.
