Our Mission is Simple
To provide outstanding care and support to the community of North Devon who are impacted by a life limiting illness.

Are you highly organised, people-focused, and passionate about making learning happen? We’re looking for a dynamic Clinical Educator to join our team and support our ambition to be the palliative care educator of choice.

You will be at the heart of our Quality and Education Team, providing comprehensive education while helping to shape and deliver impactful learning experiences for a range of professionals.

This role is 15 hours per week, worked flexibly between Monday and Friday. The distribution of these hours is open to discussion.
Salary £39,800 PA (pro rata for part-time) Actual Salary £15,900
This role is a 3-year fixed term contract

About the Role
Each day will bring new challenges.
In this role you will be:
• Promoting and facilitating opportunities for staff to learn and develop
• Working with the Clinical Practice Educator to implement the hospice clinical education strategy
• Contributing to the delivery of a clinical education programme
• Embracing innovative and creative ways of delivering education effectively
• Engaging in the design and delivery of our education strategy

You’ll thrive in this role if you:
• Are an experienced Registered Nurse
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have a passion for shaping healthcare via education
• Have experience in palliative care
