Finance Administration Volunteer

Help Us Keep the Money Matters Running Smoothly!

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and organised Finance Admin Volunteer to join our team once a week on a Wednesday, to help with our day-to-day financial administration. This a great opportunity to use your skills, support our work and make a real difference.

You’ll be supporting the team with admin duties such as scanning and photocopying documents as necessary as well as counting cash and preparing banking.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable and has a good eye for detail, with a basic understanding of finance or bookkeeping. You’ll be comfortable using Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheets and able to handle confidential information with care. Previous experience in finance or administration would be a bonus, but it’s not essential. We’d love to hear from anyone who is keen to learn, get involved and support our team.

This is a great opportunity to develop your finance and admin skills, gain valuable experience all whilst making a difference.

The closing date for completed applications is 18th September 2026. Informal interviews will be held on 25th September 2026
