Our team of hospice nurses has visited patients and their families in their own homes for over 40 years. Although a lot has changed over those 40 years, one thing remains the same, it is still where the majority of our care takes place.
It's so easy to take part. Each business will have a target of just £1,500. This could be made with a company donation, or you could use the opportunity to engage your staff with team-building fundraising activities throughout the year.

Every single day, they visit patients in their own homes, right across the area. Our nurses help keep pain under control, as well as providing emotional support, so patients can live the fullest life even when time is short.
