The feedback we receive helps us to continue to improve our services to meet the needs of the people we support. Your opinion is very important to us and important to the patients and families we will be supporting in the future.
We really value your opinion. It helps us to continue to improve and develop our care and support for everyone, not only now but also in the future. There is a range of ways you can share your feedback.
Talk to one of the team
As a patient or a carer, you probably speak to members of the hospice team on a regular basis. Please do feel welcome to talk to them about your experience of the care and support you have received from the hospice. They may advise you about the ways you can provide your feedback formally.
You can call us directly on 01271 344248
to tell us about your experience. You may be asked if you would like us to formally document your feedback or send you a questionnaire in the post.
'I Want Great Care'
You can visit the 'I Want Great Care' website and give us your feedback online by answering a few short questions. There is also space for you to tell us about your experience in your own words. This is all completely anonymous. You can read all the reviews we have received to date here. We have paper versions of the 'I Want Great Care' feedback form which are located in the reception area at the hospice. You are welcome to collect one on your next visit or alternatively, we can post them to you.
