Home is where the heart is. If you are having difficulty managing symptoms like pain or sickness, or are in need of some hands-on care at home, then our community teams are here to support you wherever you call home.
Your room, your comfort, your care…your way. A stay on the bedded unit is all about you. It’s a home from home where we can help with your symptoms and create magical memories with you. If you stay with us, we are here for you round-the-clock, to give you the dignity and comfort you deserve.
Our support is here for you for the whole journey. We offer individual and group bereavement sessions alongside a drop in ‘Elevenses’ catch up for bereaved individuals, to stop by and feel wrapped up by our team.
We can support families and children as they adjust to the loss of a loved one, for as long as they need us.
